Amplifying the voices of Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) isn't just about being heard it's about ensuring they influence decisions, shape policies, and lead change.
Their voices matter. Their leadership matters. Our support matters.

Menstrual health is a right, not a privilege. This #MenstrualHealthDay, letโs end menstrual poverty, break stigma, and ensure everyone can menstruate with dignity.
Our Director of Programs, @katy_nyambs participated in a panel at the Eastern & Southern Africa Regional Feminist Funding Dialogue hosted by @UN_Women.
The panel, โFrom Donor Dependency to Public & Collective Power,โ explored feminist funding & movement-building across the region
Our Nigerian & Tanzanian #WhatGirlsWant focal points attended the 20th International Conference on HIV Treatment, Pathogenesis & Prevention Research in Tanzania
They highlighted the incredible work AGYW are doing to shape feminist HIV responses & champion community-led change.
Labour keeps the world running but whose labour is valued?
Feminists have long named it: unpaid care work, informal work, and survival labour sustain economies while remaining invisible.
This #InternationalLabourDay, we demand dignity, protection, and justice for ALL workers.
During our Kampala visit with @GlobalFund, @VIiVVHC & @GSK, we visited @AfricaSexWorkโs Lady Mermaid offices home to a drop-in centre for sex workers.
Theyโre leading work to reduce stigma, train key actors, and improve access to health services.
We hosted @GlobalFund, @VIiVVHC & @GSK in Kampala ๐บ๐ฌ for a monitoring visit of #WhatGirlsWant (Gender Equality Fund).
We shared our advocacy & movement-building work with the Ugandan cohort and focal point.
A fruitful day of learning & solidarity
