As we reflect on Juneteeth, we're grateful for everyone who's partnered with us to help thousands of Black professionals realize their full economic potential over the past 7 years. Here's a flashback to our return to in person events on Juneteenth 2021. It hit different!
We can't get enough of our resident @djmajorleague100. He don't miss. From LA, to Austin, Miami, Mexico City and now ATL..he understands the assignment. See y'all next week!
@misslacystudios will be returning to Nextplay LIVE doing a live painting at our ATL Mixer on 6/12. Last year she did a live portrait of @malcolmjamalwar and we surprised him with it when he was off the stage. Excited to see her work next week!
We carefully vet and select every single vendor to create the magic--great vibes, entertainment and a relaxed environment allowing you to be your authentic self while networking. Shout out to our Mexico City vendors.
We appreciate @zillow for their ongoing partnership and support. They have been a top event partner, co-creating engaging event activations and hiring talent from untapped markets like Miami and Mexico City. Special thanks to CEO, Rich Barton, and VP of TA, Roz Francuz-Harris.
We're excited to announce Nextplay is hosting an experiential tech networking event for software engineers in Mexico City! The event is sponsored by

This clip highlights our most recent networking festival in Austin, Texas – Nextplay LIVE In Living Color.
Nextplay LIVE is not your average networking event.
Nextplay is a groundbreaking platform founded in 2017, aimed at hosting professional networking events that bring together the worlds of technology and culture.
Our mission is to challenge the misconception that experienced Black and Latinx tech talent is scarce.
Our Nextplay global events team really took Nextplay LIVE to a whole different level.
Check out some of the details in the branding and vibe curation that went into the special night.
Also worth sharing we’re excited that our Nextplay LIVE In Living Color What’s Your Nextplay branded event backdrop will be installed in The Hip Hop Museum in the Bronx, NY – which is slated to officially open in 2025.

Hip Hop legend Dres of Black Sheep brought the native tongue flavor to the first ever Nextplay LIVE In Living Color concert celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Hip Hop!
Performance of their hits, “Hip Hop Junkies” and “DWYCK”, had everyone in the building hyped, rapping every lyric word for word. No surprise Leonardo DiCaprio got so hyped over rapping Nice & Smooth’s “DWYCK” lyrics (”DWYCK” gets everyone hyped like that)
