@CanonUKandIE I’m speaking to ‘you’ because I’ve had no response from ‘them’…I have paid for a packet of A2 German etching paper which was time critical…it has not been delivered. I had to go elsewhere for a replacement. Saying ‘they’ are busy and Passing on a phone number is a poor response
