Further to the general update issued today.

Effective immediately, a maximum withdrawal limit of 5 Eggs ($55) per user has been put in place. This decision has been made deliberately to accelerate the overall payment process and to ensure that as many members of our community as possible have access to at least a portion of their funds in the shortest time possible. We believe this is the fairest and most efficient path to ensuring that every single user is eventually paid in full. We remain committed to that outcome.

All pending withdrawal requests have been cancelled with immediate effect. Every user is required to log in to their account and resubmit a fresh withdrawal request in line with the new threshold. We strongly encourage all users to do this promptly to avoid any unnecessary delays in processing.

Before resubmitting any withdrawal request, users are advised to carefully verify that their linked wallet address is accurate and has not been compromised in any way. Please take this step seriously. We want to ensure that every payment reaches its rightful owner without exception. If you have any doubt about the security of your wallet, please resolve this before proceeding with any withdrawal request.

Egg withdrawals are currently being processed as the primary priority. A separate and detailed update regarding Gems will be communicated to the community in due course. We appreciate your patience as we work through this in a structured and transparent manner.
