match promising a seat in another stand and they failed to do so.The mangement promised refund but failed to do so and they absconded hence we had no clue on how to get the refund.
I hope Rcb takes a right action so that it’s loyal fan base doesn’t suffer

Horrible experience at Chinnaswamy stadium!!!!!
After paying almost Rs.21282 for 6 tickets(Puma B stand T34-39)we could not view the match because of the poor maintenance by the @kscaofficial1 .The entire row where we had been allotted had a leaky roof and it was stinking .
