@AmericanAir @monalisaprsd @AmericanAir and on top of this, the catering finally showed up after over an hour to collect trash and restock water but now the crew can’t fly us bc they’ve exceeded the amt of hours worked. What about the amount of hours I’ve spent traveling with excessive delays today?

@AmericanAir @monalisaprsd @AmericanAir this is ridiculous. I have been stuck a@DFW for hours bc of this situation on flight 2303. I can forgive a broken AC but not that you can’t figure out how to get trash off a plane. We’ve been sitting on the aircraft for over an hour with No updates is unacceptable.
