🚨 Disappointed with @myetherwallet

I joined the “Hold & Get Up to $25 USDC” campaign on October 1 and completed the qualifying trade.

I haven't sold my holdings. My transactions are on-chain and can be verified on BscScan. 👀

Yet I'm marked “Not eligible” 😤 due to a geographic restriction, and support still hasn't clearly answered the main question:

Why is it so difficult to get a clear answer from your support team?

Instead of answering my question about campaign eligibility and rewards, your support team replied about an entirely different issue, the Energy feature and marked the ticket “Resolved.” 🤦‍♂️
