I’m sacred af that I’m talking too much after I share something about myself, even though I literally help people who keep themselves small live out loud.

So it’s been a choice all along to omit that context re Gaza and Lebanon.
I like how the #earthquake alert
tells you to “drop, cover, hold on and protect yourself” as though 96% of the time spent during an earthquake isn’t just you realizing there’s an earthquake while the other 4% of the time is just you realizing the earthquake is over.
Have a writing project you want to get done, but you keep pushing it aside? Writing with others is SO helpful which is why I have a writing accountability group!

“When people talk, listen completely. Don't be thinking what you're going to say. Most people never listen. Nor do they observe. You should be able to go into a room and when you come out know everything that you saw there and not only that. If that room gave you any feeling you should know exactly what it was that gave you that feeling.”
