@prewallkidney @kelvin_sk If you're playing DPS you sort of have to climb 1 key level at a time, even if you're capable of doing multiple key levels higher. DPS are a dime a dozen and often there's options with higher ilvl and score. Hard to get into 5/6 if your best done is a 2. Do all 3s, then 4s, etc.

@Rejuvslut @Dratnos I started leveling an alt and it took me an hour to setup things that would have taken me 5 minutes to do before. My CDM was being wonky and things that were fine on my main were breaking with a handful of other elements that I never worried about before. Just feels awful

Meanwhile additional retainer slots act as AH slots and also generate (running extra retainers at DT launch easily made me 20 mil Gil for existing).

When I go back to wow in between patches I don't know if I've had to deal with ddos ruining an entire planned evening of gaming in multiple expansions

@tettles It's telling we're 4 months out and every time Ion gets interviewed it's not talking about how cool housing/prey/DH etc are, it's addressing the frustration people have with UI/Addons. This is a bigger discussion than covenants and blizz is treating it the same.

@solQAssa @_Reloe Unfortunately that's what's happening right now. UI skinning and customization on alpha is worse with add-ons than what base UI can do because of how strict secrets are. This is why elvui is on hold. It'd take hundreds of hours of work for a fraction of what we have available now

@knecktshark @_Reloe Posts like this annoy me. People see blizz saying they're working with add-on creators but you go to the wowui disc and they get 1 "what we're doing" each alpha cycle and then zip. Then when people don't want to spend hundreds of hours for 15% of what we had it's their fault.
