Your customer service is the worst service I have ever received. I have been a loyal client for years. You call and they just hang up on you. What kind of training are you providing your employees that they just hang up on people. I ordered 18 candles... 1/2 post @bathbodyworks

@Cigna I cannot believe that after 35 years with the same group of doctors, Cigna has decided that it does not want to carry them within their network. Jimenez & Simon MD PA. Amazing doctors and Cigna wants to terminate them from the Network. I am very upset.
