David’s explosion of acclamation tenfold.
“The Lord is my
rock
fortress
deliverer
God
rock
shield
horn of my salvation
stronghold
refuge,
savior.” 2 Samuel 22:2–3
“If you, O Lord, should mark iniquities,
O Lord, who could stand?
But with you there is forgiveness,
that you may be feared.” Psalm 130:3–4
The unforgiven are too hardened to feel such sweet fear.
“Oh, guard my soul, and deliver me! Let me not be put to shame, for I take refuge in you.” Psalm 25:20
God fights for those who forsake self-sufficiency.
And fly to him.

What happened to not getting into big decisions until the year ends? What happened to finding joy in being bound?
"What just happened?" This is a question a person like myself who so screwed up lately can answer.
Do you remember the times you weren't forcing anything but just humbly doing your thing? The more you force things your way, the more you get hurt and disappointed. The more you get hurt and disappointed, the more you fret. The more you fret, the more you get destroyed.
