Students can call the Counseling Center (319.273.2676) at any time of day or night and press #2 to speak with a counselor on the phone through TELUS. Students can also download the TELUS app and text with a counselor. The Counseling Center can be utilized between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., during the week, please call to schedule an appointment.
Staff in the Office of the Dean of Students ([email protected]) are available to support students who are in need of assistance in balancing grief, academic and other personal obligations. Faculty and staff are encouraged to utilize EAP Services (1.800.327.4692) for support, as well.
