@sqbon I also say this to be more clear. A good coach has to give a method on how you should approach something new, how to interact with different kind of people and he should stimulate people to try different approach to consolidate what you are learning. You don’t need to be the best

@sqbon You can’t technically do that for obvious reasons (dedication, talent, smartness…),but you could use a statistic approach. You can measure normally how time you need to improve without any explanation and you can measure how time you need to improve when you explained that topic
