I'll keep it real. I've spent the last six years hesitating to write again. Two best-selling books in, and I still sat with a stack of "what if this one isn't as good" doubts every time I opened the laptop. Writing this forced me to close my own "belief gap" before I ever helped anyone else close theirs.

At its core, How You Show Up is about the gap that exists in each one of us between who we intend to be and who the people around us actually experience. Not because we're not enough, but because the most important person any of us will ever lead is the one staring back in the mirror.

I wrote it for anyone who needs to show up for other people every single day, at work or at home, often carrying more than anyone around them realizes. If that's you, I think you'll see yourself somewhere in these pages.

Change the belief. Change the behavior. Change the outcome. That's the book in nine words. You don't need a perfect score to live a life filled with purpose and impact.
