As I stated earlier, ActionSA WILL NOT support the adoption of the report by any other method.
The draft report does not reflect the evidence before the Committee
ActionSA's position is that the draft report has been materially WATERED DOWN. It softens, qualifies or omits findings that the evidence plainly supports, and in several respects it reads as a summary of proceedings rather than a determination on the facts placed before the Committee.
ActionSA remains committed to a report that is credible, defensible and worthy of the seriousness of the allegations this Committee was established to investigate.

They told us how they will come to the commission & prove Gen. Mkhwanazi wrong. But how the brave are being hospitalised when it is time to face Madlanga! They hope we will suspect that someone is working some magic to make sure they don’t come to expose their opponents. But long have they been healthy to abuse IDAC for nefarious reasons. Long have they been in good health to destabilise policing and the uprooting of crooked cops from its ranks!
Long have they shielded mafias and drug lords from justice. Providing cover for their murderous operations!
Blame us, but the illnesses that befall them are soo timely! So well occasioned to create conditions in which they can’t come and face the music! Somehow one is left to suspect it is all part of the plan: they know their stories do not hold!
We see them for who they are! And we shall not perish in their schemes! The truth will prevail!
Madlanga has observed that the medical certificates in question appear to be one of those "useless" medical notes.
Consequently, a postponement has become necessary.
