Well here we go again. Another MAJOR issue with eBay and their authentication team. I was lucky enough to pull this Charles Leclerc auto /5 and sold it on eBay for $10,000. Due to eBay’s policy I had to send it for authentication. Well after days at the authenticator I get a message from the buyer claiming they got a message from the authenticator stating there was significant damage to the card and offered them a full refund. This card was not damaged in this manner at all when it was packaged and shipped, I have never seen any type of damage like this from shipping damage either and it was packaged extremely safely. This was clearly a gouge that was made by the authenticator. So they damaged a $10,000 and lo and behold they are claiming it arrived that way. I have before and after pictures showing how clearly obvious that they damaged it. They claimed the lighting in my photo hid the damage, but focus on the 1 on the bottom, that could not be hidden. After my Brady was stolen and nobody ever recovered or refunded me I was heartbroken but continued to work with eBay as a seller because of its wide market opportunity. They will now be sending this card back to me damaged and significantly less valuable and aren’t willing to do anything about it. I dealt with the brady situation for months with no resolution and this will be the same. They simply do not care about the customers, despite being a user for 11 years with a perfect track record. I sold this card to help pay for my wedding, despite it being a dream card, and now it’s been ruined by eBay. Please help me spread awareness of this. Please provide any insight on what I can do. This is the second time a major issue has happened with @eBay and they simply don’t care !!! I am literally sick to my stomach @topps @Fanatics
