The AI Commission that I chair is fully focused on the risks that AI pose to Parliament but also how technology offers great opportunities to defend our democracy and be smarter in how we protect ourselves.

We remember the 2977 innocent lives lost on September 11 2001, including those 67 British citizens.

On the 25th Anniversary of the attacks, we pay tribute to the extraordinary bravery of everyone who ran towards danger and the family members and loved ones, including those in my constituency of Sussex Weald who were left behind.
