The Theotokos is the Blessed Queen of the universe whose womb became capable of containing the heavens and who, being incomparably more glorious than the seraphim, excels all other beings as the true vine who bore the fruit of life. Ύπεραγία Θεοτόκε, πρέσβευε ύπέρ ημών ☦️🕊️🙏
@SMatheol@Nikolaki817@orthodox_33ad Να είσαι συγκεκριμένος. Δηλαδή εννοείς ότι οι ομάδες της ΓΟΧ είναι εκτός Εκκλησίας; Μόνο η Ελλάδα χρησιμοποιεί το Νέο Ημερολόγιο· οι υπόλοιποι χρησιμοποιούν το Παλαιό. Άρα λες ότι μόνο οι Έλληνες είναι η Εκκλησία;
@Nikolaki817@orthodox_33ad I am not asking you to accept my opinion. Please study these matters honestly and ask whether they are consistent with the faith handed down by the Saints. If I am wrong, may God correct me. If these concerns are valid, then we must follow Christ and the truth wherever it leads.
@Nikolaki817@orthodox_33ad Brother, I say this with love and respect. Please take some time to prayerfully examine these issues in light of the Holy Scriptures, the Fathers, and the Sacred Canons.
@Nikolaki817@orthodox_33ad This is applicable before a synodal verdict. This is not schism; it is the defense of the Church from schism and division. Now is the time to act with discernment and courage.
@Nikolaki817@orthodox_33ad I understand that you are a reader and that you were tonsured under them. But when heresy already condemned by the Holy Synods or Fathers is preached publicly and bareheadedly in the Church, the Holy Canons give the faithful the right to wall themselves off from such communion.
@Nikolaki817@orthodox_33ad Explain this:
1. Ecumenism / branch theory
2. Common prayer with heretics
3. Recognition of Roman Catholicism as a sister/partner church
4. Recognition of schismatic or disputed hierarchies
5. Acceptance of heretical baptism/mysteries
6. Religious indifferentism
7. Simony.
@Nikolaki817@orthodox_33ad Yes, it did. There is only one Church, not many. It was a false council because it contradicted the Holy Rudder, the Holy Bible, and the entire patristic consensus of the Church.
Also, why is Patriarch Bartholomew praying with the condemned heretic Pope Leo XIV?
@orthodox_33ad@Nikolaki817 The Synod of Hieria (754 AD), convened by Byzantine Emperor Constantine V, was a landmark gathering of 338 Eastern bishops that condemned the veneration of religious icons, declaring it idolatrous. When these wolves utter such blasphemies we cannot commemorate in our diptychs.
@Unseen_Warfare1@SouthPadreTony@YakovPhilaret Saying it plainly for you, "I have broken communion with all patriarchs", I don't follow their heresies, you're not understanding me.
Show me which Saints did anything like a GOC or Rocor. Their own jurisdiction for 50+ years.
I'm genuinely listening, I'm not lying.
@Unseen_Warfare1@SouthPadreTony@YakovPhilaret Everyone will be judged according to their conscience, I will not force you to believe in my words. Likewise, how you shouldn't take everything Fr. Seraphim Rose said as dogma/canon. He was a holy person, just as Fr. Paisios the Athonite.
@Unseen_Warfare1@SouthPadreTony@YakovPhilaret I'm not a freemason, ecumenist or a heretic. I don't do what they do, I have walled myself off from them. Unfortunately, some poor folk have broken Church order and have weakened the reality of the issue we're all facing. Pray for these people.
@Unseen_Warfare1@SouthPadreTony@YakovPhilaret We know they're guilty, but just as in the government laws, someone is innocent until proven guilty and taken to the judge. In this case, they need to be taken to a synod.
@Unseen_Warfare1@SouthPadreTony@YakovPhilaret Here is an example, if someone doesn't go to church for three weeks they are to be excommunicated. Correct? Now, it it determines on who applies the canon. Likewise, who has applied it to the EP and all?
@Unseen_Warfare1@SouthPadreTony@YakovPhilaret It's called walling off, which I agree you have done. This is correct like you said, the saints have done this. However, what doesn't makes sense as in lot of GOC's is that their jurisdictions ordained bishops breaking unity. This is a step further, than canon 15.
