@emilyopilo How are they going to move the chains on Pimlico to be completed in time with these kinds of issues? I have an 8,000 sq ft interior office with no bathrooms that took 2 extra months just to get occupancy just due to fire inspection delays.

@Shady_Justin @Sugarortweetner @VitalVegas Too small and not worth the effort. You only have so many resources - time and money. While some operators can make money downtown, you are limited by footprint. MGM Grand has 6,800 rooms. Circa has 600 and the plaza 1,000.
