@hvgoenka Dear Harsh you are absolutely right. I wonder why our political establishment does not think of such brilliant ideas. They want to see their own life-size photographs on the billboards like narcissists.
When one person suffers from a delusion, it is called insanity. When a million people suffer from a delusion it is called Religion." - Robert M. Pirsig
No opposition = No democracy. Results in West Bengal & Assam raise serious concerns about democratic balance. When dissent weakens, institutions suffer, accountability fades. With rise of RSS,and compliant media, the space for questioning shrinks.
Modi may have won Country has lost.
A strong opposition is essential for democracy it ensures accountability, debate, and checks misuse of power.Actions like engineering defections weaken institutions, reduce voter trust, and tilt the balance unfairly. BJP may gain short term advantage, but risk long term damage.
@PunsterX@saliltripathi It’s the education which matters. Literacy rate is much higher in south than in North. Illiterate jobless louts from least developed states having no civic sense, roam around in cities spoiling decorum and cleanliness!
@sabeer Whatever the situation, using words like ‘dalal’ for a country doesn’t reflect well on diplomatic maturity. Strong positions can be conveyed firmly without resorting to such language, especially when global attention is high.Restraint and dignity goes a longway in IR.
@PhilosophyOfPhy It’s very very thrilling! No scientist living or dead, just no one, comes close to Issac Newton in the human history till this day, Einstein included!! His story is a block buster and highly inspiring!!
