With the common cold going around, this is what I’m doing as a chiropractic student to stay healthy

• Ultra Potent Vitamin C @metagenics 3-5 per day to increase WBC production
• face + body Gua sha to stimulate lymph movement, btw using my favorite oil from @oseamalibu !!
• oil of oregano- best mixed with some juice, to help hide the potency (cranberry is my fav!)
• lemon water + increasing fluids
• cutting out inflammatory dairy/added sugars- will add to the mucous production
• low impact movement/walking- this morning was a low impact run/walk for 25 mins, this afternoon will be mobility exercises
• get adjusted regularly by a chiropractor (especially C1/C2) I promise it will clear out your sinuses and help in healing/preventing
