We have officially reached and significantly surpassed the 100,000 user milestone. As outlined in our Tokenomics and Halving Schedule, reaching 100K users activates the next stage of our automated mining reward mechanism.

The 100K milestone was reached some time ago, but the halving did not take effect immediately due to several system upgrades and infrastructure improvements being carried out at the time to continuously serve our esteemed community better. During this period, the existing mining rate remained active while these upgrades were being implemented and finalized.

With the necessary improvements now in place, the 100K halving will take effect on September 1st, 2026, in accordance with the established halving mechanism and published schedule.

✅ Base Mining Rate: 0.5 GREY/hour → 0.25 GREY/hour
✅ Signup/Invite Bonus: 50 GREY → 25 GREY

Both rewards will be reduced by 50%, as defined by the Grey Network halving mechanism.

We've heard the concerns of users who lost their GREY KEYs, and we're introducing a Wallet Reset feature. Starting 30 July, users who have lost their GREY KEYs can create a new wallet linked to their account.

Building this feature cost us a great deal of time and resources. As a community-driven project, we're committed to listening to and addressing genuine user concerns.

⚠️ Important: Once your wallet holds assets, use this feature with extreme caution. Resetting your wallet creates a new wallet, and any assets in your old wallet will remain there and will no longer be accessible through your account. Your GREY KEY is the only key to your wallet, so keep it safe.

This was caused by a database sync issue, and it has now been resolved. Please try again.

🔹 Some IDs Rejected as "Not a Genuine Government ID"
This mostly happens when the ID is printed and/or laminated. We're fine-tuning the algorithm to handle these cases better.

🔹 Seeing "Too Many Requests"?
This means the button was tapped too many times in a short period. We've expanded the limit, but if it still happens, please close the app completely and try again in an hour or so.

▫️ Criteria: 500 VERY total (app mining + event + invite rewards all count)
▫️ It's the minimum to qualify — it does NOT guarantee KYC or migration
▫️ Final targets are confirmed after abusive accounts are filtered out
▫️ Node / 1st KYC completers don't need to redo KYC if criteria are met
▫️ Rewards paid in one batch after the KYC period ends, not per approval
