Yesterday the Senate formally voted to refer the NDIS Amendment Bill back to committee. OTA views this as a positive development in line with our advocating for a pause in the Bill's progress to allow further scrutiny.

Yesterday the Senate Community Affairs Legislation Committee released its report into the #NDIS Amendments Bill, which recommends that the Bill be passed.
