Quick life update:

* Still going back and forth with the insurance adjusters.@Travelers
* Contractor is ready to start the floors, but materials being out of stock are causing more delays.
* Unfortunately, we’ve hit our Travelers hotel coverage limit. We’ve been in hotels since my birthday, 8/17.
* Our adjuster (at Travelers) took about a week and a half off with no handoff, which added even more delays. (No heads up)
* October 11th is our last day at the hotel.
* We’ll most likely have to split up temporarily — my wife and daughter with her parents, and me with my mom — until the floors are done.
* My wife is still interviewing and doing everything she can. W wife ❤️

It’s been a rough chapter for us. I’m not well in many ways, but my faith remains strong. God has a purpose and a plan. 🙏🏽

Definitely looking for another insurance company that cares about the impacted individuals then their finances.

We are doing ok, i guess the theme of flooding has been following us as of late. The hotel
We are staying in New Jersey is ok and our car is not in the ocean. Further down from us there was massive flooding. But it looks like it has subsided a bit today. Blessed to wake up another day with what we have.
