The craziest thing about getting help for mental illness is stepping into the waiting room & feeling like you aren't crazy enough.

I love the service but every time I've had to directly communicate with @Cox_Comm it's been a complete nightmare.

It should not be an epic, 2-month struggle to get @Cox_Comm to let me give it my money.

I should say "Cox billing service." The FAQs are fairly good. Its ability to tell me how much I owe them and fix that is utterly fucked.

Luckily, the Cox website isn't nearly as good at wasting my time as the rest of the company. Efficiency!
