When to Expect Deep Retracement (Candle 3):

• Bullish CRT:
If the 2nd candle closes bearish, the market will likely retrace back at least to the 50% wick of the 2nd candle.
If close Bullish expect only a shallow retracement.
Vice versa for Bearish CRT.
