@TartanLlama @lornajane it depends. In France you can call yourself an engineer (on your resume) only if you graduated from an engineering school (master degree) recognized by the state as such. for software too. There are even different levels of engineers diploma (1 or 2).

Might open source the notifications as a #Rails gem if people are interested.
