At the first OCTM Business Meeting, four officers were elected to lead the new
council through its first year. President Ona Kraft from Cleveland; VP Mildred
Kieffer from Cincinnati; Secretary James MacLearie from Cleveland; and
Treasurer Howered Barcus from Columbus.
