As we have just made our demo available on Streaming services , here's a little history on the front cover. The tree stump is located in Naddle Forest, a small and stunning woodland area in the Lake District, Cumbria, England at the top of Haweswater.
Close to our namesake the Old Corpse Road and one of our favourite haunts, this is where we took the picture in 2008. The woods inspired the song The Oakmen of Naddle forest which tells of creatures associated with sacred oak groves, often seen as guardians of these ancient trees
We don't often play hometown gigs, but we couldn't resist this one. This gig is made up of folks who were all part of the 90's and early 00's Darlington music scene.
Its an eclectic mix, but that jsut keeps it fun.π·
