Yesterday, I was honored to welcome home our nation’s heroes during the 11th Annual Honor Flight at the Albuquerque International Sunport.

Today, as we commemorate D-Day, I can’t help but reflect on the incredible sacrifices made by the Greatest Generation and all those who have worn our nation’s uniform in defense of freedom. The courage displayed on the beaches of Normandy 82 years ago changed the course of history and serves as a powerful reminder of the price of liberty.

Welcoming these veterans home yesterday made today’s remembrance even more meaningful. It was a privilege to stand alongside their families, friends, and supporters to express our gratitude for their service and sacrifice.

To our veterans: thank you for your courage, your commitment, and your love of country. We honor your service today and every day.

The USFS is spraying the Hermits Peak & Calf Canyon burn scar (remember how the largest fire in the history of our state started……a controlled burn by forest service) with herbicides to combat invasive plant species.
No of course they do not disclose what that herbicide is but we already know. 🤨
The decision makers are inept and wouldn’t know good information if they were submerged in it.
