@airindia the bad experience with flying AI keeps getting worse. My seat was changed from a business class to economy without any information, and there is no refund and penalty for this inconvenience. Over that, I am being asked to chase down some email ID to check for a refund

@airindiain @airindiain extremely disappointed with the way you have handled and responded (or not responded) to the issue. A 12 hour delay is absolutely not acceptable, and you and your staff has been absolutely unhelpful
@airindiain absolutely horrible service. Your SFO to DEL flight AI 174 has been delayed by 12 hours and there was no information sent on the delay. Upon calling the helpdesk they refuse to put on any partner airline to make it to India on time, and asked to cancel my flight.
@airindiain Your response on DM is a sham. My flight is more than 12 hours late and all you have to say is take an option to save 20 minutes. You have not offered any reasonable alternate option, nor any compensation for this kind of delay. I have responded on DM as well
@airindiain @airindiain I messaged you on DM and all I got was that you have informed the ground staff. The SF airport number does not pick the call ever, and I even provided you my number to call and never got a call. Stop disrespecting and annoying your customers.
@airindiain @airindiain no one picked up the phone at airport air india number. No resolution done and call center restricted me to take it or leave it type of choice . Absolutely poor standard for an airline that is trying to setup international routes. Horrible.

Any other international airline would reimburse the passengers for inconvenience, And also use their partner network to ensure maximum number of passengers are taken care of, esp the ones traveling on business.
@airindiain If you cannot operate a route properly then you should shut it down and figure out how you want to run the business first. This is not the first time this has happened, and is a continuous problem on this route.

@airindiain - very poor customer service. my flight was first delayed by 12 hours then later in the day completely cancelled. No alternate flight or compensation was offered for an International long haul. No proper answer on DM too.
