Oil is not $120. WTI is ~$90.
Under Pres. Biden it peaked $114–$120 in 2022. Diesel already hit a record $5.81 that June.

This isn’t just “oil is expensive.” It’s refining + global distillate supply.

Last major U.S. refinery built from scratch: 1977. A few small ones since. First big new one in 50 years just got announced in Brownsville because of Trump’s push.

We pump the crude. We underbuilt the plants that turn it into diesel. The American people paid the bill under both parties.

MSCI can deem Strategy “non-operating” only by overriding SEC and U.S. GAAP understandings of how businesses should be classified and applying its own invented (and unexplained) definitions and methodology.
