The impact of physical activity in reducing the human and financial burden of many diseases by preventing chronic conditions, improving mental health, enhancing quality of life, and lowering healthcare costs is indisputable.

Overall, cancer death rates in people younger than 50 have dropped by 44% since 1990. Only colorectal cancer deaths have increased.

Smoking cigars has been proven to increase your risk of developing several types of cancer, the most common ones being lung cancer and oral cancer.
Cigar smoke contains the same toxic chemicals (and even more tar) than cigarette smoke. Cigars are not a healthier alternative to cigarettes, and you should talk to a health care provider about your options if you have a history of smoking cigars.

What a fun and intense week at Breakpoint @SolanaConf.
We spoke with so many people about what we do โ and what we aspire to build in 2026.
Our goal was never to shill another project, platform, or protocolโฆ but to make genuine human connections. And we did exactly that.
Huge thanks to @moonwalkfitness and @DeadCaitBounce . Hanging at the booth counting pull-up reps was way more fun than expected.
Next year, a treadmill is mandatory.
