🚨 FOX NEWS ALERT: A New York district attorney is reopening the investigation into an alleged sexual assault at Cornell University.

The case stems from a 2024 allegation. The district attorney told ABC News:

“It’s our intention to present the case to the Tompkins County Grand Jury with Jane Doe’s cooperation. We want to reexamine whether there is additional evidence that we were not aware of in November of ’24, that exists now that would change our assessment of the case.”

• An all-female execution team, arguing a male-led execution would be psychologically traumatic because of her history of abuse and violate her Eighth Amendment rights.

• Execution by hanging instead of lethal injection.

Pike was sentenced to death for the brutal 1995 murder of Colleen Slemmer, which prosecutors say was fueled by jealousy over her boyfriend.
