There is a major corruption ongoing at the Onne Port, Portharcourt and possibly other ports in the country.
Importers of different products that are manufactured locally especially POP(HSCODE: 252020) are playing the system

This is a MAJOR revenue leakage for the Ministry of finance considering the astronomical volume of POP imported into Nigeria yearly. This was not happening when the finished products were strictly imported in containers.
