Bob Brooks has made his lawn care company a centerpiece of his campaign for Congress.

Too bad he didn't have workers' compensation insurance for over four years.

PA law states that workers' comp is "mandatory for all employers who have one or more employees." If they don't comply, they face a $2,500 fine and up to one year in prison for each day the employer doesn't have coverage. But apparently, Bob Brooks thinks he is above the law.

Well, by our account, Brooks didn't have a policy for 1,489 days. That's either 1,489 years in jail or a $3,722,500 fine.

🚨 ICYMI: Shapiro Fumbles, McCormick and Fetterman Stand up for Pennsylvania 🚨

As the Great American State Fair wraps up in D.C. this week, we thought we would take this opportunity to look back and reflect on Josh Shapiro's terrible decision-making.

Pennsylvania is the birthplace of America. It's where our Founding Fathers signed the documents that created the greatest nation in the history of the world. But Josh Shapiro couldn't care less.

He told reporters that PA businesses had no interest in participating in the fair because of the President. But in less than 48 hours, McCormick and Fetterman had a PA booth filled with items from dozens of PA businesses and items that truly represented our great Commonwealth.

Shapiro lied to the people of Pennsylvania yet again, but luckily for us, our U.S. Senators made sure we were adequately represented on the national stage.

A federal judge has ruled that Josh Shapiro and his wife must face their neighbors in federal court for trying to claim their neighbors' land as their own.

The neighbors in the case call it an "outrageous abuse of power" that violated their constitutional rights.

Let's think about this for a second: The sitting Governor is literally being sued for attempting to steal his neighbors' land.

If this is how he treats his neighbors, how does he feel about you?
Once again, Shady Shapiro only cares about himself.

Today, Pennsylvania is remembering State Trooper Michael Pahira.

A 17-year veteran of the force and a motor carrier inspector, Trooper Pahira dedicated his life to keeping our roads safe. Off duty, he was just as dedicated. He moved back home to care for his mother during her cancer battle.

His life was cut short on I-81 when he was hit by a truck while conducting a commercial vehicle check along the highway. The truck driver who hit him should never have been in this country, let alone behind the wheel of a big rig.

As we honor his service and sacrifice on the day of his funeral, my commitment to change the policies that allow illegal drivers on our roads is stronger than ever.

Rest in peace, Trooper Pahira.
