The exhibit begins with Gandhi’s birth in 1869, then take us through significant events in his life in SAfrica, England and India, spiritual and philosophical elements in his life and end with popular retrospectives on the eventful life that transformed him into the [Mahatma].

Iziko Museums will be showing The South African Post Office released series of stamps featuring artworks executed in traditional African beadwork. The 8th Definitive Stamp Series of Stamps acknowledges the beauty and aesthetic value of South African beadwork.
