It was a pleasure meeting Mr. Bhaktha Keshavachar, Founder & CEO of Bengaluru-based @Chara_Tech, whom I had also recently interacted with at Bharat Innovates 2026 in Nice, France.

Their work on developing rare-earth-magnet-free electric motors is an excellent example of how Indian innovators are creating sustainable and globally relevant solutions, while strengthening the vision of a self-reliant India.

It is wonderful to meet Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi in Delhi. Japan is an important partner of India and we are confident that our ties will get even stronger in the times to come. Our talks today covered the full range of the India-Japan Special Strategic and Global Partnership. The key issues discussed include technology, innovation, AI, defence and security, pharmaceuticals and more. As far as economic linkages are concerned, our goal is clear…in the next ten years, 10 trillion Yen of Japanese investment into India and doubling the number of Japanese companies in India!

It was an engaging interaction at the NDTV Indo-Japan Strategic Dialogue on Shaping the Asian Century, where I answered questions on India's deepening engagement with Japan, our diverse FTAs, and the government's management of the impact of the West Asia crisis, among other topics.

I highlighted how investments have been a big driver of our partnership with Japan, and that it is set to strengthen.

I also emphasised that significant opportunities are opening up for India's skilled workforce and that the Modi government's focus has been on equitable development for all.

आपल्या बहुआयामी अभिनयाने आणि दिग्दर्शन कौशल्याने त्यांनी मराठी रंगभूमीला नवी दिशा दिली. अनेक दर्जेदार नाट्यकृती आणि प्रतिभावान कलाकार घडविण्यात त्यांचे योगदान मोलाचे राहिले. रंगभूमी आणि चित्रपट या दोन्ही माध्यमांत त्यांनी अजरामर ठसा उमटवला.

त्यांच्या निधनाने मराठी कला विश्वातील एक तेजस्वी पर्व संपुष्टात आले आहे. त्यांना भावपूर्ण श्रद्धांजली! त्यांच्या कुटुंबीयांना हे दुःख सहन करण्याची शक्ती लाभो, ही ईश्वरचरणी प्रार्थना.
