I was able to get into the lab early this morning to spend some time wrenching on Mentorbot. The drive base is built and every bit as beautiful as we envisioned. I can’t wait to see this bot rip around the field for the first time! #OMGrobots#centerstage
At the end of a school day as teachers have invested, led, guided, and encouraged students-Happy World Teachers’ Day. You have much to be proud of and your professional commitment and expertise changes lives. Thank you!#WeAreCBE
Honoring and recognizing National Day for Truth and Reconciliation today alongside many others. So incredibly proud of Taliah for sharing her truth and her story. Hand to heart. #NDTR#OrangeShirtDay#WeAreCBE#WeAreEPS
Thank you for the morning of learning, listening to Elders and watching dancers. Thank you to the @cityofcalgary , the @CBEedu team and @CCSD_edu for hosting. It was so nice to see so many people attend the 3rd annual Truth and Reconciliation day in Mohkinstsis.
Recognizing and honouring National Day for Truth and Reconciliation with a hand to heart for the leadership of @Indigenous_cbe and Calgary Catholic partners with the @cityofcalgary and the Calgary Fire Department. #WeAreCBE@yyCBEdu
Today, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we anticipate a record number of people will take part in reconciliation-focused events.
Reconciliation begins with truth-telling; let's all learn the real history of residential schools.

We were out moose hunting with nohtawiy (my father) & nitikwatim (my 9 year old nephew)& out of no where he asks my dad “mosom (grandfather), when you were in residential school, how did you escape?”
Nohtawiy thought about it & said “I couldn’t.” That was a sad, powerful moment.
It’s a special week at Elboya as we learn about the contributions of Indigenous artists, athletes, humanitarians, etc. treasure hunt style. Thanks to all that are helping raise funds by purchasing from Indigenous artisans, at school. @yyCBEdu @Indigenous_cbe
A week exploring art and well-being through Open Minds at the YMCA Rocky Ridge was just about as good as it gets for grade 5/6’s! What a great way to build classroom community at the start of a school year! @yycCCOM
