The abuse of water resource we saw yesterday is nothing to pride ourselves on, more especially when we loose between 30-40 percent of our water in our municipalities. Water is an asset.

If we are to quantify the looses experienced yesterday as municipalities you will realise this is no matter to be comical about.

Of greater concern is the abuse of people who are clearly not participating in these activities with many damaging their belongings all in the name of people having fun.
