امروز، در سالروز جنایت هولناک سینما رکس آبادان، یاد صدها قربانی بی‌گناه این فاجعه را گرامی می‌داریم.

یک واقعیت تاریخی که بسیاری در جهان غرب هنوز از آن آگاه نیستند این است که جنایات بنیادگرایان اسلامی و دشمنی آنان با ایران، فرهنگ ایرانی و زندگی مدرن، پیش از ��وی کار آمدن جمهوری اسلامی آغاز شده بود، و جنایت سینما رکس یکی از آشکارترین نمونه‌های آن است.

اتفاقی نیست که عاملان این جنایت پس از فاجعه ۵٧ در ساختار جمهوری اسلامی به مقام و موقعیت رسیدند.

این تاریخ باید گفته و آموزش داده شود. برای فهم جمهوری اسلامی و دشمنی آن با ایران و ایرانی، باید دانست که این دشمنی در بهمن ۱۳۵۷ آغاز نشد، بلکه جمهوری اسلامی آن را به قدرت سیاسی و حکومتی تبدیل کرد.

صدور دوباره احکام اعدام برای چهار تن از بچه‌های اکباتان، میلاد آرمون، محمدمهدی حسینی، مهدی ایمانی و نوید نجاران، سند دیگری از ماهیت جنایتکار رژیم جمهوری اسلامی است که برای حفظ قدرت، جوانان ایران را به قتل می‌رساند و از خون مردم برای بقای خود تغذیه می‌کند.

رژیم ضحاکی جمهوری اسلامی، دادگاه را به ابزار سرکوب تبدیل کرده و اعدام، سلاحی برای ایجاد وحشت در جامعه است.

سکوت جهان در برابر اعدام معترضان ایرانی، یک شکست اخلاقی و سیاسی است. هر روزی که جامعه جهانی در برابر این رژیم مماشات می‌کند، جمهوری اسلامی با جسارت و قساوت بیشتری جان جوانان ایرانی را می‌گیرد و سرکوب را گسترش می‌دهد.

تا زمانی که این رژیم اهریمنی پابرجاست، تروریسم، گروگان‌گیری، افراط‌گرایی و کشتار حکومتی در ایران، منطقه و جهان پایان نخواهد یافت.

این رژیم سرچشمه بی‌ثباتی و خشونت در خاورمیانه است و بهای بقای آن را مردم ایران با جان خود می‌پردازند.

بچه‌های اکباتان نماد نسلی هستند که جمهوری اسلامی از آن وحشت دارد؛ نسلی که دیگر حاضر نیست زیر سایه ترس و سرکوب زندگی کند.

امروز نسخه به‌روزشده کتابچه دوران اضطرار پروژه شکوفایی ایران منتشر می‌شود.

پروژه شکوفایی ایران، بخش پنجم از استراتژی پنج‌گانه ما برای بازپس گرفتن ایران و دوباره ساختن آن است. پروژه شکوفایی، چشم‌انداز و ‌برنامه‌ گذار به دموکراسی و ‌‌بازسازی کشور را ارائه می‌کند.

کتابچه دوران اضطرار در شش ماه اول، نیازهای فوری کشور، بحران‌های پیش رو در این دوره، و راه‌ حل‌ها و‌ فرصت‌ها تمرکز دارد، و با مشارکت مستقیم ده‌ها متخصص تهیه شده است. پیش‌نویس این کتابچه در تابستان ۱۴۰۴ ارائه شد.

در راستای شفافیت و‌ پاسخگویی حداکثری، از متخصصان و عموم مردم خواسته شد نظرات خود را با دست‌اندرکاران در میان بگذارند. تیم پروژه شکوفایی صدها ساعت با متخصصان به گفتگو نشست؛ هزاران پیشنهاد رسیده را بررسی کرد و اینک نسخه به‌روزشده را ارائه کرده است.

من از مدیریت، تیم‌ اجرایی، نویسندگان، و مشاوران پروژه شکوفایی ایران برای برداشتن این گام بلند سپاسگزارم. همچنین از همه کسانی که به شکلی دلسوزانه ‌و سازنده، پیشنهادهای خود را برای بهبود کیفیت این کتابچه ارائه کردند تشکر می‌کنم.

برای نخستین بار در این چند دهه، پروژه‌ای ملی و در این ابعاد، با مشارکت همگانی و د�� یک روند شفاف انجام شده و به سرانجام رسیده است. ما این روند را در دیگر فازهای پروژه شکوفایی و دیگر پروژه‌ها ادامه خواهیم داد و استفاده خواهیم کرد.

کتابچه اضطرار، رئوس کلی ساختار و برنامه‌های مورد حمایت من برای اداره کشور در فردای سقوط جمهوری اسلامی در شش ماه نخست دوران گذار است. من و تیم همراهم به این ب��نامه‌ها متعهدیم و آماده‌‌ایم که پس از رساندن انقلاب شیروخورشید به سرمنزل پیروزی و‌ سرنگون کردن جمهوری اسلامی، زمام امور را در دست بگیریم. در پی آن، فرایند انتقال قدرت، استقرار سامانه گذار، ایجاد امنیت، بازسازی کشور، و گذار به دموکراسی را هدایت کرده و به سرانجام خواهیم رساند.

My fellow countrymen,

Today, the updated version of the Emergency Phase Booklet of the Iran Prosperity Project is being released.
The Iran Prosperity Project is the fifth component of our five-part strategy to reclaim and rebuild Iran. IPP presents the vision and the plan for the transition to democracy and the reconstruction of the country.

The Emergency Period Booklet focuses on the first six months, the country’s urgent needs, the crises anticipated during this period, as well as the solutions and opportunities, and has been prepared with the direct participation of dozens of experts. The draft of this booklet was presented in the summer of 2025.

In pursuit of maximum transparency and accountability, experts and the general public were invited to share their views with those involved in the project. The IPP team held hundreds of hours of discussions with specialists, reviewed thousands of submitted proposals, and has now presented the updated version.

I thank the leadership, executive team, authors, and advisors of the Iran Prosperity Project for taking this significant step. I also express my gratitude to all those who, in a sincere and constructive manner, offered their suggestions to improve the quality of this booklet.

For the first time in these past decades, a national project of this scale has been completed through broad public participation and within a transparent process. We will continue and apply this approach in the other phases of IPP and in future initiatives.

The Emergency Booklet outlines the general framework and programs that I support for administering the country in the day after the fall of the Islamic Republic during the first six months of the transitional period. My team and I are committed to these plans and stand ready, after bringing the Lion and Sun Revolution to victory and overthrowing the Islamic Republic, to assume responsibility for the nation’s affairs. Following that, we will guide the process of power transfer, the establishment of the transitional system, the restoration of security, the reconstruction of the country, and the transition to democracy until their completion.

As always, the support and trust of you, the great nation of Iran, have been and will remain my greatest asset.

Dear compatriots,

In recent days, several separatist groups—some of whose records include collaboration with both Khomeini and Saddam—have made baseless and contemptible claims against the territorial integrity and national unity of Iran. As I have emphasized time and again, the preservation and defense of Iran’s territorial integrity is an inviolable principle. We will neither negotiate nor concede even an inch on Iran’s unity and territorial integrity to anyone.

Such claims merely provide the Islamic Republic—the greatest enemy of the Iranian nation and of the country’s territorial integrity—with an excuse to falsely present itself as the defender of this principle; whereas this regime, from the very first day it came to power, has been the primary agent of all forms of discrimination and division within Iran.

Iran’s territorial integrity is the ultimate red line of our great and united nation. Any individual or group that crosses this red line, or collaborates with those who do, will face the resolute response of the Iranian nation.

In the days and weeks ahead, along with the complete dismantling of the Islamic Republic and the driving of this regime from the country, we will be more vigilant, more resolute, and more diligent than ever in defending Iran’s national unity and territorial integrity. By remaining committed to this fundamental principle, we can expect the Iranian army to fulfill its national and patriotic duty, to stand with the people, and to defend Iran against both the Islamic Republic and separatists.

Only in a united and democratic Iran, under the rule of law, can individual freedoms and equal rights for all citizens—regardless of belief, religion, language, or ethnicity—be guaranteed.

هم‌میهنان عزیزم،

در روزهای اخیر، چند گروه‌ تجزیه‌طلب -که در کارنامه‌ بعضی از آنها همکاری با خمینی و صدام، هر دو به چشم می‌خورد- ادعاهایی موهوم و سخیف را درباره تمامیت ارضی و یگانگی ملی ایران مطرح کرده‌اند. چنانکه بارها تأکید کرده‌ام، حفظ و دفاع از تمامیت ارضی ایران، اصلی خدشه‌ناپذیر است. م�� بر سر یکپارچگی و تمامیت ارضی ایران نه با کسی مذاکره می‌کنیم و نه ذره‌ای از آن کوتاه می‌آییم.

چنین ادعاهایی تنها به جمهوری اسلامی، بزرگ‌ترین دشمن ملت ایران و تمامیت ارضی کشور، بهانه می‌دهد تا خود را به دروغ مدافع این اصل معرفی کند؛ حال آنکه این رژیم از نخستین روز روی کار آمدنش، عامل اصلی انواع تبعیض و تفرقه در ایران بوده است.

تمامیت ارضی ایران خط قرمز ملت بزرگ و متحد ماست. هر فرد یا گروهی که از این خط قرمز عبور کند، یا با عبورکنندگان از آن همکاری کند، با پاسخ قاطع ملت آگاه ایران روبه‌رو خواهد شد.

در روزها و هفته‌های پیش رو، هم‌زمان با درهم‌شکستن کامل جمهوری اسلامی و بیرون راندن این رژیم از کشور، در دفاع از یکپارچگی ملی و تمامیت ارضی ایران نیز هوشیارتر، استوارتر و کوشاتر از همیشه خواهیم بود. با پایبندی به این اصل بنیادین، می‌توان انتظار داشت که ارتش ایران نیز به وظیفه‌ی ملی-میهنی خود عمل کند، در کنار ملت بایستد و از ایران در برابر جمهوری اسلامی و تجزیه‌طلبان دفاع کند.

تنها در یک ایرانِ یکپارچه و دموکراتیک، در سایه‌ی حاکمیت قانون است که آزادی‌های فردی و حقوق برابر همه شهروندان، فارغ از باور، مذهب، زبان یا قومیت، تضمین می‌شود.

پدرم ن��دیک به پنجاه سال پیش پیش‌بینی کرده بود که نسل‌های آینده درباره او و خدماتش چگونه داوری خواهند کرد. امروز، شما پاسخ تاریخ را دادید. روح او در آرامش است، چون می‌بیند فرزندان ایران بیدارند و با شجاعت و آگاهی، برای بازپس‌گیری ایران ایستاده‌اند.

متحد بمانید. ایستادگی کنید. اجازه ندهید تصویری عادی از میهن زخمی ما ساخته شود. تا وقتی مردم ما کشته می‌شوند، خواهران و برادران ما به اعدام محکوم می‌شوند، و مادران و پدران، همسران و کودکان ما داغدارند؛ تا وقتی این شب تیره به پایان نرسد، و ایران از چنگ این رژیم اشغالگر آزاد نشود، هیچ چیز عادی نیست و مبارزه ما ادامه خواهد داشت.

My dear students, brave daughters and sons of Iran,

You have unified the reopening of the universities with the resounding cry of the nation and demonstrated the unbreakable bond between the university and the people. You showed that Iran lives on and that the will of the nation cannot be silenced.

Nearly fifty years ago, my father foresaw how future generations would judge him and his service. Today, you have given history its answer. His spirit is at peace, because he sees that the children of Iran are awake and, with courage and clarity, are standing up to reclaim Iran.

Remain united. Stand firm. Do not allow a false image of normalcy to be made of our wounded homeland. As long as our people are being killed, our sisters and brothers are sentenced to execution, and our mothers and fathers, spouses and children are in mourning; as long as this dark night has not come to an end, and Iran has not been freed from the grip of this occupying regime, nothing is normal and our struggle will not end.

Know that the future belongs to you — to you who chose not remain silent, who rose and stood firm. Together, we will reclaim Iran and rebuild it once again.

Victory to the Lion and Sun Revolution of the Iranian nation!

ایران در آستانه تحولی بزرگ و تاریخی قرار دارد و عامل تعیین‌کننده آن همچنان اراده و کنش آگاهانه مردم ایران است. این ما هستیم که باید در زمان مناسب نقش کلیدی خود را ایفا کنیم و نگذاریم سناریوهایی برخلاف خواست ملت بر کشور تحمیل شود.

در این مسیر، نقش نیروهای نظامی، انتظامی، امنیتی و بدنه دستگاه‌های دولتی تعیین‌کننده است. در انقلاب ملی شیروخورشید ایران، بسیاری از نیروهای شریف با سرپیچی از دستورات سرکوبگرانه در کنار مردم ایستادند. ��زارش‌های موثق نشان می‌دهد که به‌ویژه نیروهای پلیس و ارتش از به‌کارگیری سلاح علیه مردم خودداری کردند و رژیم برای کشتار از نیروهای لباس‌شخصی، بسیج، سپاه و مزدوران غیرایرانی استفاده کرد.

افشای اسناد و تصاویر کشتار و هویت عاملان آن، تحویل پیکر جان‌باختگان، یاری‌رسانی به بازداشت‌شدگان، کمک به نجات کادر درمان و شکل‌گیری درمانگاه‌های زیرزمینی، از جمله اقداماتی بود که با همراهی نیروهای ریزشی در بدنه نهادهای حکومتی انجام شد. با این حال، روشن است که شمار و امکانات این نیروها در برابر دستگاه سرکوب رژیم محدود است و برای ایجاد توازن قوا، مداخله بشردوستانه بین‌المللی ضروری‌ست.

اکنون که احتمال چنین مداخله‌ای از همیشه بیشتر است، برای فرماندهان نظامی و انتظامی، به‌ویژه فرماندهان ارتش و دیگر مقاماتی که دست‌شان به خون ملت آغشته نیست، فرصتی محدود باقی مانده است تا حساب خود را از رژیم ��نایتکار جدا کنند. انتخاب با شماست: با پیوستن به مردم، جان خود و خانواده‌تان را حفظ کنید و در پیروزی ملت سهیم شوید؛ یا سرنوشت خود را به کشتی درهم‌شکسته جمهوری اسلامی گره بزنید و با خامنه‌ای و رژیمش غرق شوید.

Dear compatriots, Iran stands on the threshold of a great and historic transformation.

The determining factor remains the will and conscious action of the Iranian people.

It is we who must play our own key role at the right moment.

We must not allow scenarios that violate the national will to be imposed on our country.

On this path, the role of military, law‑enforcement, security forces, and government agencies is decisive.

In Iran’s National Sun and Lion Revolution, many honorable forces defied their repressive orders and stood with the people.

Reliable reports show that many police and army units refused to use their weapons against the people.

Instead, the regime deployed undercover agents, Basij forces, the IRGC, and foreign mercenaries to carry out the massacres.

These efforts included exposing documents and images of the killings, identifying the perpetrators, returning the bodies of the fallen, and aiding detainees.

Defectors from the bureaucracy and state institutions helped medical staff in establishing underground clinics.

Yet, it is clear that the numbers and resources of these forces remain limited compared to the regime’s machinery of repression.

And to create a balance of power, international humanitarian intervention is essential.

Now that the likelihood of such intervention is higher than ever, military and law‑enforcement commanders—especially within the national army—must recognize their decisive role.

A limited window remains for officials whose hands are not stained with the blood of the people to separate themselves from the criminal regime. The choice is yours:

By joining the people, save your lives and your families and take part in the nation’s victory.

Or tie your fate to the sinking ship of the Islamic Republic and go down with Khamenei and his regime.

In this new phase of the National Cooperation Campaign, I invite you—during the live broadcast of the newly established Iran National Revolution TV to scan the campaign QR code to connect directly with my team dedicated to this project. The image you displayed at the Global Day of Action gatherings around the world was the true face of Iran—a magnificent image of peacefulness, culture, civilization, order, and respect for the law; in complete contrast to the terrorism, backwardness, violence, chaos-seeking, and extremism of the Islamic Republic.

In the days and weeks ahead, as our compatriots inside Iran look to the world for help, it is our duty to ensure that this help actually arrives. Therefore, your message to the politicians and decision-makers in your host countries is very clear: those who obstruct assistance to the people of Iran will not have the vote or support of the vast Iranian diaspora community—neither today nor in the future.

I ask all of you to continue being worthy representatives of the Iranian nation: determined and steadfast, organized and dignified. Keep moving forward just as you did on the Global Day of Action. Do not take your eyes off the main goal. Avoid any behavior unworthy of the great Iranian nation. And do not allow distractions or troublemakers to divert you from the path to victory.
