UP government’s 5 Lakh rupee bail bond imposed on him was illegal. Instead of suspending the ACP (Executive Magistrate), they’ve suspended a Sub-Inspector. Students must have the right to protest, be it in Delhi or in UP.

Importantly, those getting FIRs on them in UP for just auditing their local govt schools is also unacceptable. Both @whattalawyer and I conveyed that the CJP stands in solidarity with all students facing repression and will continue helping them in every possible way.
