We’re on the path to chain-abstract everything.
In March, we announced 7702 Universal Accounts, allowing any account to become a Universal Account.
Today, we’re revealing the next phase of our roadmap, including two new products coming over the next few months:
1. Universal Deposit SDK: 10 lines of code to let users deposit into your app from any chain.
2. Universal Agent Accounts: An API and dashboard that allow AI agents to own and manage their own Universal Accounts.
These are the next major steps for Universal Accounts: making them easier to integrate, more powerful for developers, and more widely distributed across the onchain ecosystem.
In short: chain abstraction is inevitable.

Introducing support for EIP-7702 is a game-changer for Particle Network and Universal Accounts.
With this upgrade, any existing account can be instantly upgraded to a Universal Account, with no new addresses or asset migration required. This, in turn, opens the gate for seamless chain abstraction across apps that use any wallet provider.
And so, beyond implementing EIP-7702 into Universal Accounts, we’ve launched three key initiatives this month:
• Co-founding the 7702 Collective alongside leading teams to drive real adoption, share best practices, and spotlight the infrastructure powering Web3’s next chapter.
Read the Collective’s first report and see the partner list at: https://t.co/HBaLDMo6Ba
• Announcing the UXmaxx Hackathon with the Collective—with $12k+ in prizes for builders shipping Web2-smooth experiences using Universal Accounts + EIP-7702.

• Begun the rollout of Universal Accounts V2, supercharging wallet flexibility, cross-chain execution, and overall performance to make one-account, one-balance, any-chain the new standard.
The borders are gone. The fun is just beginning.
TL;DR: We’re releasing Universal Accounts V2, our biggest upgrade yet. If you’re a project using Universal Accounts or a UniversalX user, this means you need to temporarily withdraw funds from existing Universal Account(s).
To all builders and users:
As you saw above, we’re almost done supercharging our entire protocol.
This upgrade makes Universal Accounts more resilient, powerful, and flexible, allowing you to build high-performance, truly chain-agnostic experiences without any speed or stability trade-offs.
V2 delivers:
• Market-leading speed (spot trading now 5× faster).
• Dramatically improved stability and reliability.
• Even smoother external wallet importing via EIP-7702.
• Massive @UseUniversalX improvements, such as native support for perpetual futures and prediction markets (see quoted post!)
In other words, we’re fundamentally improving the design of Universal Accounts to allow the full performance of traditional accounts with the flexibility of chain abstraction.
This leap forward will make building with Universal Accounts easier, and massively improve existing dApps using our system. However, a one-time temporary withdrawal of funds will be required during this period for all Universal Accounts as the new protocol is implemented and we move away from the old system.
Our team will remain available to support teams during this migration. We’ll continue to provide updates on the situation as we progress through this upgrade!
TL;DR: We’re making UniversalX 10x better, faster, and richer. With perps, prediction markets, and more. This process requires you to temporarily withdraw your assets from the platform.
Dear community:
We’re excited to bring a fundamentally faster, more stable, and rich trading experience to UniversalX, powered by Universal Accounts V2. This upgrade will allow us to remain chain-agnostic while making UniversalX as fast (if not faster) than the leading Web3 terminals—all the while setting the stage for many more upgrades.
Here’s everything that’s coming:
• Spot trading becomes 5× faster. With @ParticleNtwrk heavily optimizing Universal Accounts V2, spot execution will now match or beat the speed of leading centralized and decentralized terminals.
• Dramatically improved platform stability: Smoother order flows, and far fewer disruptions.
• Massively expanding the product suite inside UniversalX, with Perpetual futures (perps) AND prediction markets.
• Greater wallet flexibility, powered by EIP-7702, making it easier to import and use external wallets inside UniversalX.
Important: Due to this upgrade, users will need to temporarily withdraw their funds from UniversalX. Once the migration is complete (we’ll announce the exact timing shortly), you’ll be able to deposit your funds back in and resume trading. This is a one-time step required to unlock the massive performance and feature improvements we’re preparing for V2.
In the coming days, we'll release more information about V2, besides its impact on the seamless, chain-agnostic experience you'll experience on UniversalX.
Keep an eye out for more news!
Server-side Universal Accounts bundle the EIP-7702 authorization inline with your transaction.
No separate delegation tx. No two-step flow.
Just 3 steps:
→ Init with your private key
→ Create a transaction (the SDK finds the optimal route)
→ Sign and send — delegation happens automatically
One tx. Any chain.
