@Ilikebigstats @worldhockeyrpt No, I know that. But those TV TOs are first whistles after certain minute markers (14,10,6 I think) as long as it doesn’t give 1 team an advantage. That ice scrape after an icing in OT is a MAJOR advantage to the team that iced it.
