Unfortunately, we do not currently have an estimated time for when the remaining elevator will return to service. 9 St and 23 St stations close every night from about 11:59 PM to 5:00 AM for maintenance and cleaning. Please use Christopher St, 14 St, or 33 St stations instead.

Daily Overnight Closures at Newark, Journal Square, and World Trade Center stations 🚧

Newark Station: 11pm–4:30am – Station closed for cleaning. Use Raymond Plaza East entrance. Board PATH at Platform B (NJT Track 1) and deboard at Platform C (NJT Track 2).

Journal Square: 11pm–5am – Concourse closed. Use 24/7 pedestrian walkways near the plaza, Sip Ave, or Pavonia Ave. ADA access via Summit Ave elevator (call 201-216-6734).

World Trade Center: 1am–5am – Limited street-level access. Use Fulton Street or Vesey Street entrance in the 2WTC Transit Lobby. All other street-level entrances are closed.
