Lots of services, including NAS, were represented at today’s Community Services Fun Day at the Square, Tallaght. Members of the public were invited to get to know many essential public services while enjoying a great afternoon of family fun.

This lady's kind words highlight what older patients value about the Pathfinder service:
• Feeling safe in the decision to stay at home
• Timely access to appropriate follow up services
• Feeling supported & listened to
