We campaigned against Obamacare for over a decade. Congress failed to fix that. We need something to be FOR, not just some boogey man, price transparency is exactly that. You can’t have a functional market without prices and this is something that can be done at the state level too.
Candidates take note: Voters want healthcare solutions. Price transparency is popular and successfully being used as a campaign issue by innovative conservative lawmakers. https://t.co/Uir0eQQMJA
.@ronfergusonohio's upset primary victory, fueled by his staunch support for hospital price transparency, sends a resounding message: voters want upfront prices!
Candidates nationwide should take note of Rep. Ferguson’s commitment to empowering patients with clear, visible prices up front.
In fairness, too many Republicans supported that, like every R in the Senate on the joint committee on legislative affairs. Who overrode the bipartisan staff on the blue book language, which made it all one sided. Would shock you to know some of the names (name maybe it wouldn’t).
Seeing @elonmusk taking flack on this platform. Honestly, my only complaint is the first trillionaire isn’t focusing on healthcare and getting prices out there to create a functional market through price discovery. Other than that, he seems to be solving a ton of problems and makes my life better.

Oh Captain, My Captain 💪
Dang!!! What a great story! His wife’s message to him had me in tears. The love of a good wife will carry any man through hard times and make them better. My wife does it for me every day. Very cool!!
Well said, but that said…going to a gym opens you up to ridicule and nonsense. You are great at fighting back on that. I LOVE my home gym, full rack, cables, dumbbells and bands. It’s a ton of fun, I don’t have to worry about someone filming me, I can play my own music, take my shirt off etc. It was a big investment though, like you said, get in through the doors…even if you own them.
@jeffhunt Constant theme. They create the problems then run on fixing the problems they created. It’s nothing new, I started raising the alarm on the rising cost of living more than seven years ago. https://t.co/Kvpkabs4YL
@GovtsTheProblem@9NEWS Still confused as to why they all agreed to that. @9news bias is so incredibly well documented and both Kyle Clark and Marshall Zelinger have the worst journalistic ethics I have ever seen. Even the recently fired Scott Pelley gave me a more fair interview than they did.
@Rossputin@MandyConnell@victormarx As a vet, these are all legit questions and I would say anyone pulling the “vet card” for you asking them is out of line.
Yup, but Colorado is a one party state so I recorded it and we set it up in a room that already had cameras that we could open request the forage of. We refuted all his BS so they never aired it because it didn’t fit his liberal narrative. Best win in comms I could think of. Well done!
Texas lawmakers are discussing how price transparency empowers patients to save money on healthcare.
"If you actually have the prices first, I like to say that price transparency is not going to solve all the problems in healthcare, but nothing can be solved without it." — @PatrickForCO
This reality (no price signal) explains the failure of healthcare in America. Not that everyone comparison shops on healthcare decisions, but that NO ONE can - including competitors, employers, and rival insurers.
