One of my favorite people in the business over the years is veteran assistant coach Al Seibert.
He recently had a stroke and is dealing with some significant health issues.
Here's how I helped Al and his family, and how the college hoops community can help as well:

(Using best kid In their prime/best they ever were)
Celebrating Coach McCaffery getting back to the Big Dance. He continues to lead and build winning programs. Watching the strength he's shown through adversity this past year makes it even more meaningful. Proud to see him back where he belongs...Dancing !!!
@TBrace20 don’t worry my man. I stopped caring about what most of these people said a LONG time ago. a4 extra replies from morons is no sweat off my back. always appreciative of my time in iowa city and the opportunity to be a hawk.
@30Espn@KingzCorner14@TBrace20 I had been in iowa city since I was 10 years old and wanted to experience something else and be on my own for my last year. it had nothing to do with my time at iowa, I loved playing for him and playing at iowa
@KingzCorner14@TBrace20 damn bro chill out 😭😭 it’s never that deep. take a couple deep breaths man im having a great day. still haven’t said anything about iowa and it’s my alma mater, so I never will. just didn’t like how it ended my guy. have a great day
From the summer…
Fran McCaffery came back to his alma mater, Penn, where he could be close to his brother, Jack, who is recovering from a stroke.
Their father, a cop, used to guard the back door of the Palestra. Now the McCaffery boys have the keys: https://t.co/auAaszWYIh
@TBrace20 most iowa fans I love. select few I don’t. will never be okay with how it ended, not that it ended. I also have never spoke out against iowa ever. people everywhere wrote him off
