hi @MBTA I filed a refund request as I’m now out $5.10 after failing to transfer from subway to bus. I was told I wouldn’t get a refund, citing I successfully transferred ONCE but ignoring the three times it didn’t work. I’m filing a report because do you really think I’d lie?
