Once i start going to the local ymca and start swimming and working out that ill lose weight much more healthily and not feel horrible eating food or eat food horribly (bars???)
Like god it cycles on both ends of it too, im too big but at the same time ill have days where i dont eat anything and think about not eating for multiple days and have such a hard time regulating how much or how little food ill eat.. genuinely sucks so much but im hoping that-
